This is a question that many people ask. There is no real answer
only recommendations. On 30th June 2011 The British Standards
Institute (BSi) introduced a new standard in First Aid Kit content for
the Workplace (BS-8599). After consultation the new content has been
changed only slightly with the addition of items and removal of certain

Nearly all Kits will include the following:

Plasters
Safety Pins
Sterile Dressing
Alcohol Free Cleansing Wipes
Disposable Gloves
